Introducing the ECOR PRO EPD200-PRO, unique, patented, compressor-less, bucket-less, stainless steel desiccant dehumidifiers for residential and commercial drying applications. Designed to work anywhere safely all day and every day. With our newly innovated and patented DryFan Zeolite Technology, moisture can be vented outside with the unit placed in any direction, as well as eliminating water containers, pumps and hoses that were included in traditional obsolete refrigerant dehumidifiers. The EPD200-PRO desiccant dehumidifiers can work upside down or on their sides to enable easy mounting to ceilings and walls. Traditional refrigerant dehumidifiers are prone to stop working in cold environments, while ECOR PRO EPD200-PRO desiccant dehumidifiers can pull moisture even at -4°F room temperature. Compact and lightweight almost a third of the size of comparable commercial dehumidifiers, making the units easy to carry and transported from job site to job site. Typical applications include water damage restoration, hydroponics, moisture and rust protection, warehouse storage, food and timber drying, car garages, hotels, offices, workshops, large homes and food storage. EPD200-PRO's 4-hole system has two fans internally - it can be used in the same way as a 3-hole desiccant dehumidifier. However, it has the advantage of the two air flows being separate. When the wet air is exhausted, the Regen or regeneration air can also be taken from outside the room. 4-hole is more effective at drying – firstly, all the dry Process air is passed back into the room and secondly, Regen air from outside of the room may be relatively wet.

• Commercial-grade, stainless steel construction inside and out for strength and longevity, moisture removal capacity equivalent to 200 pints refrigerant unit, using 4-hole system technology, which means two air inlets and two air outlets that can dry air pressure neutrally such as large freezer or walk-in cooler spaces.

• Operating range from -4°F up 104°F maximum room temperature for continuous drying applications, with 309 CFM air volume capacity (235 CFM - exhaust / 74 CFM - regen air flow).

• Highly efficient, very quiet fan operation at 58dB and yet low energy consumption in use for large moisture extraction capacity.

• Desiccant Rotor is the heart of the EPD200-PRO dehumidifier. It is an array of especially absorbent membranes arranged as a series of corrugations to give a vast surface area making it an extremely efficient moisture collector. It is encased in a galvanized steel ring and turns on high quality sealed ball bearing units.

• Uses a ceramic PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) type regen heater, which means the heating element can never overheat to hazardous temperatures, even if the regen airflow is completely blocked.

• Uses patented RadiCal backward curved fan unit, highly efficient yet quiet system, designed to give a good balance of both Process and Regen airflow. It has two internal fans where moisture is vented away by Regen air, allowing the unit to work in colder temperatures.

• Compact and smallest desiccant dehumidifier in its class, can be easily transported without the fear of water leaks after residual water in the tank; removable carrying handle for easy transport and mobility, it also protect the dehumidifier duct flanges if in transit; anti-scratch four plastic feet; IPX1 rating which means the unit can still operate even in damper conditions.

• Equally robust controls can be linked to an optional remote humidistat or switched over to manual control with on/off switch. Built-in analogue amp meter that can review performance and measure energy consumption; an hour meter that measures the number of hours the machine is in operation - an ideal feature for the rental industry.

• Wet air-out ducted with 3.0-inch diameter ducting - OPTIONAL; Damp air-in / dry air-out can be ducted with 5-inch diameter ducting - optional.
