The Vario Series 45,000 BTU Five Zone Mini Split AC efficiently heats and cools up to 2,750 sq. ft., featuring five indoor units: three 9,000 BTU units, one 12,000 BTU unit, and one 18,000 BTU unit.. Featuring Inverter Plus technology and a high-efficiency heat pump, it saves up to 36% in energy and operates in temperatures as low as -13℉. Each zone can be independently controlled via remote or the DELLA app for personalized comfort.
Please Note: This multi-zone mini split system uses R454B refrigerant and is pre-charged for a length of 25 feet of each lineset. If your installation exceeds this total length, additional refrigerant is required. Please consult a licensed HVAC technician to properly add refrigerant during installation.
This configuration is designed for spaces where not all indoor units are expected to operate at full power at the same time. If the total indoor capacity is higher than the outdoor unit’s output, the system can still function properly, but cooling or heating performance may be slower when all zones are operating beyond capacity. For consistently high demand across all zones, a larger or multi-system setup is recommended.

When the unit is in auto mode, what will the room's temperature be maintained at?
In auto mode, the unit automatically switches between cooling and heating to maintain the set temperature. You can adjust the target temperature manually—typically between60°F and 86°F—depending on your comfort.
Do the condenser lines come pre-vacuumed or do they have to be vacuumed?
The mini split condenser and lines are not pre-vacuumed. You will need to vacuum the system during installation to remove air and moisture before releasing the refrigerant—this is essential for proper operation and longevity.
